  • Who preps the room for flooring installation? Do we need to move all the furniture?

    When our team is visiting your home to take measurements, we can talk with you about room prep. Our team can move furniture and appliances, however, we do not move pianos, grandfather clocks, weights, electronics, or aquariums. 

  • What warranties come with the carpet?

    All carpeting comes with warranties ranging from 5 years to a lifetime.

  • My basement flooded and my carpet is ruined. Is that covered under the warranty?

    No, this might be covered under your home insurance and it is advised you check your policy. 

  • I have damaged carpet. Can you help me fix it?

    If your carpet has had a mishap then it might not mean you need to replace it all. We can't fix burns or remove stains. Call us to find out more about carpet repair and we can advise you on the best course of action.

  • What type of flooring should I install where?

  • Do you have to come back to do the grout or is everything done in one day?

    Professional tile installation is a two-day process. The first day, our professional installers will come out to install the tile and on the second day they will install the grout.

  • Can you install ceramic tile outside?

    Yes. Certain kinds of tiles can be installed outside. Come by the showroom and we can help you pick the right tile to endure the weather.

  • Do you put a sealer on the tiles?

    No, we do not. However, we can offer other options for you.
