  • Who preps the room for flooring installation? Do we need to move all the furniture?

    When our team is visiting your home to take measurements, we can talk with you about room prep. Our team can move furniture and appliances, however, we do not move pianos, grandfather clocks, weights, electronics, or aquariums. 

  • What warranties come with the carpet?

    All carpeting comes with warranties ranging from 5 years to a lifetime.

  • My basement flooded and my carpet is ruined. Is that covered under the warranty?

    No, this might be covered under your home insurance and it is advised you check your policy. 

  • I have damaged carpet. Can you help me fix it?

    Professional tile installation is a two-day process. The first day, our professional installers will come out to install the tile and on the second day they will install the grout.
